As Eternate, we are happy to accompany you in creating joyful memories. We consider every step, so your Eternate experience will always be care-free. That’s why we offer fast and free shipment worldwide. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we also offer complementary returns and exchanges.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Every Eternate piece is made for you, so your total delivery time has two parts: production time and shipping time.
Your estimated delivery date is shown on each product page and at checkout. This date already includes both production and shipping time, so it’s the best guide to when your piece will arrive.
Shipping times: The times below cover shipping only, starting from when your finished piece is handed to the carrier. They do not include production time.
Signature on Delivery
For your peace of mind, and the safe arrival of your piece, all orders valued at $500 or more are sent with signature required on delivery. This simply means someone will need to be present to sign for the package when it arrives, ensuring your Eternate piece is received safely into your hands rather than left unattended.
If a signature delivery isn’t convenient for you, please reach out to us at service@eternate.com before your order ships, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Kindly note that waiving the signature requirement means the package can no longer be covered by insurance, so we’d recommend it only where you’re confident the delivery location is secure.
Change of Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you need to change your delivery address, email us at service@eternate.com as soon as possible. Address change requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (New York time) on the day before your order is handed to the carrier. Because every piece goes through production first, there is often time to update your address before your order ships.
Your shipping confirmation email is sent when the carrier first scans your package, which may happen later on the same day your order is handed to the carrier. This means your order may already be on its way before you receive the email.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot change the delivery address. Your package will be delivered to the address entered at checkout, and delivery to that address is considered a completed delivery. Eternate is not responsible for reshipping or refunding orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.
